Bananas are a must for leg cramps!!!! You can also put some cream of tarter in some orange juice. It has lots of potassium and the vitamin C in the juice helps your body absorb it! Bananas are also very high in calories! Your shake sounds perfect for you.
They taste pretty good too.
My hubs sometimes has cramping in his lower back and legs...we will try cream of tartar next time! Thanks!
