What a conundrum to get everything one asks for. I think that would become hard to bear, too, as so many don't believe that they ever get what they want. Her cross was the gift of recieving. I suppose it's a hallow victory if it can't be felt as an earned win because we feel a sense of accomplishment when we earn our prizes. Excellent fiction.
