Torture Chamber
It took her an hour to get up the nerve to enter her torture chamber. Getting in was a feat in itself and getting out was pure torture.
When Sarah was younger, her nickname was "fish" because she was in the swimming pool more than she was on land. Hundreds of trophies lined the wall unit shelves to her credit. Now she couldn't even put her feet in a pool of water.
A sponge bath would cause more pain than a shower. The towel was not used to rub her body dry but to slowly pat her body dry, flinching with each pat. The pain would last for the next 12-16 hours. Sarah couldn't fathom that water was now her worst enemy.

That is so sad!!! Poor Sarah!! What happened to her???
She is freewriting now. But sometimes she can't clear the clutter of pain out of her brain to let the water flow to the keyboard. Any suggestions?
Maybe do some laughter yoga every day? It is supposed to help with pain... I am publishing a laughter exercise several times per week.
