My trip to the local coin shoppe Part 1
With silver at ridiculously low levels, now is the time to pick up some premium pieces, at exceptional prices, so I headed over to my local coin shoppe yesterday.
Today I would like to introduce you to my first ever 2018 Mexico Libertad in Proof condition. She's a beautiful work of art, created in two ounces of .999 fine silver.
The obverse has the outstretched winged angel with mountains in the background.
The reverse has the eleven different eagle designs used on past coins from Mexico.
With the limited production of only 5,000 proof examples of this coin, I'm hoping that this coin could bring a generous premium in a couple of years.
