That's a good point. One thing that helps me stay on track is making a to-do list. It's a visual reminder of all the things that I DID accomplish in a day. :-D

Yes. Lists work well for a lot of people. I end up making them too long and do all kinds of other things I didn't put on. I have a big whiteboard on the wall and use it to write down my day/list.
Sometimes I add all the extras and cross them out just to get that feeling of getting something done...
