Good evening everyone, it's a wonderful Friday and also the first Friday of the month and I decided to make something nice to begin the Friday foodies contest for this month and this is my special pizza looking yam and egg sauce, straight from @farida's kitchen

Ingredients

Yam
Eggs
Salt
Tomatoes
Pepper
Onion
Cube

A tuber of yam

Procedure

For fried yam

Peel and cut yam into smaller pieces and fry in hot oil till it turns golden brown

For egg sauce

Fry tomatoes,pepper and onion together in hot oil for 2minutes. Add stock cubes,raw egg/eggs and any other desired seasoning.Add little water and stir.
