Enjoying the Test of Lotkon

At present, Lotkon (Baccaurea motleyana) has become very popular among the local fruits. Because it contains a lot of nutrients and various minerals. Although this fruit was not very well known in the past. But nowadays, after learning about the benefits of plowing and Lotkon farming, there is a great deal of interest among the people.

Today, the last day of our office, a 10-day holiday has been announced on the occasion of Holy Eid-ul-Azha. Lotkon fruit is cultivated in a village house of our colleague. On arriving at the office, he brings Lotkons for all of us. Everyone in the office enjoy the taste of it.

Then by searching its nutrients, I found that it contains various nutrients that increase our body's immune system and play a role in keeping our body healthy. Lotkon also contains a significant amount of Vitamin C, which can meet the body's vitamin C needs very easily.

Lotkon also contains many essential minerals, which keep the body healthy. Such as calcium, potassium, magnesia and chromium. Lotkon is very useful for those who vomit during travel, as it eliminates vomiting.
