Oh my - that looks AWESOME! Chia seeds are becoming widely available here in Chiang Mai and I'm thinking to try making something like this as a special Sunday breakfast treat. YUMMM.... Peaches? Not able to take on a second mortgage this week... LOL... but it IS mango season. And passionfruits and red dragonfruits are just about being given away at the markets. I feel a PLAN forming!
