Once again in this wonderful contest and here I bring you a good dish and juice. taking advantage of this contest is shown with all affection. totally healthy, fun and super delicious. It's nice to share one more time with #fruitsandveggiesmonday and our beloved @lenasveganliving. They are photos from some time ago. and here I show them with affection.
Ingredients for this entry:
Perita Tomato
Chili pepper
Sesame
Cebollin
Cucumber
Coriander
Parsley
Lemon
Salt.
Ingredients for the shake:
Pineapple
Cucumber
honey
Preparation: cut the minimum, chili, coriander, chives, parsley, then mix the amount you want and add a little lemon juice to taste with salt and add the sesame seeds. the cucumber is cut like slicing an orange and rolled, they will have a flower style to decorate, the tomato removes the filling and then adds the elaborate one.
Juice elaboration:
in a blender add about 3 pieces of pineapple peeled or with shell, then cucumber and honey. It is liquefied and will have a succulent delicious natural juice. in this case I used what I left over from the cucumber and liquefied it with everything and shell.
