Flood Relief in South Indian state of Kerala - Update 34 - 07/Oct/2018
Dear Steemians,
This is the 34th update post for the Fundition.io project I have created with regards to the fundraising for flood relief activities in the form of the donations to the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund in the South Indian State of Kerala.

Today's Updates:
As we read yesterday, there was a heavy rain predicted for today although the red alert was changed to orange alert.
But, as of 7 PM IST, the orange alert has been changed to yellow alert, meaning, heavy rain is expected later today.
But, there is some good news as for as the predicted cyclone formation is considered, as the cyclonic storm has moved away from Indian coast and is heading towards Salalah, Oman.
Meanwhile, the Indonesian earthquake and tsunami death toll has climbed over 1700 and our deep condolences to the families of the people who lost their lives. It's time we support the Indonesian people as well to re-establish the Indonesia.
As for as Indian cyclone situation is considered, there was a high level meeting at Kochi in Kerala and Lakshadweep, a Union territory area and asses the preparedness in cases of a cyclone storm.
Fishermen continue to receive alerts about not to go in sea as rough to very rough condition is predicted in sea.
The weather forecast fot next 24 hours predicts rain with thunderstorm in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and some parts of Karnataka.
Updates on Donations and Support:
We are one or 2 more post payouts to reach 1000$ mark as the project has received 922$ 971$ out of the designated goal of 1500$.
