#Kems : Waqf Forest (Hutan Wakaf), From Us to Us!!!
The waqf forest is one of the areas in Jantho, Aceh Besar. This initiative was carried out by Akmal Senja, Sri, Azhar and several other friends. So far, the waqf forest has reached an area of around 3 hectares, and is likely to become widespread.

Almost every year, the waqf forest is scheduled for several events such as planting new trees, cleaning up the forest area and being given a bonus in the form of rafting for water sports lovers. But here, the thrill of rafting is like riding a small boat and we don't have to fear the rapids in front of us.
Forest planting here uses donated seeds and capital that is voluntarily transferred by volunteers who donate a little of their wealth to create a reforestation that environmental activists continue to launch. Now, waqf forests have become increasingly widespread, and will continue to expand.
