Efforts to Introduce Scouting Education to Students

In this post I want to explain about our efforts to introduce Scout Education to new students on our campus. In addition, this post will also have some thoughts and analysis from me about education in tertiary education and the role and scouting education in tertiary education. In my opinion, the college campus is a place to produce cadres of national leaders who are the storehouse of knowledge. With other assumptions, a lot of science and life sciences that we can learn and meaning in living the life that we can get in college.

At the Academic Cultural Orientation (PBAK) event held at our campus, I was entrusted to introduce Scout Education to all new students. This is the second time I have been entrusted with promoting scouting education. Of course I feel very proud and happy to get that belief. In front of me there were about a thousand new students who sat neatly listening to every word I said to them. This is the hardest challenge I have to face, speaking in front of people and being charged with the task of introducing scouting education to those present in this room. Although this is not the first time I speak in front of many people.

Scouting education has made me a confident person. I'm sad in front of the crowd. Likewise with you, you must believe in yourself that there are talents and potential that you have. Awareness of these things will certainly shape yourself as a confident person. On the other hand, we also find that there are some people out there who are complaining about themselves. Basically, everyone has the potential in themselves, it's just that maybe some of them are not aware of it.

My friends look forward to me so that they can promote scouting education to students in order to attract their interest in scouting education. Under these conditions, I must focus on what I want to convey to them, of course, by arranging good grammar and easily understood by everyone. Here you need to be more interactive and communicative when dealing directly with the audience. Self-confidence will appear by itself when you start to build confidence in yourself. Because then you will be determined to be able to master your schology and determination to believe that you can do it.

On that precious opportunity, I made the best possible time to introduce Scout Education to new students. Because the committee gave me a time limit to speak, I was given 5 minutes. The first thing I do is build interaction with the audience and hope they will pay attention to me, in this situation what you need is a little gaze, a smile, and some words that attract attention.

When you are in college, you must realize that the campus has many facilities that should be put to good use for academic support, one of which is an organization. By joining the organization, it is expected to be able to provide special bargaining power for academic support. This sentence can be an opening word for you to start introducing about your organization. After ten years of age, scouting education in our unit continues to grow. During the PBAK activity, quite a lot of students were interested in joining our unit. Also present at the event were a number of high-ranking officials at the Lhokseumawe Institute campus, all heads of student organizations and scout education members.

One of the activities of students in their role to the community is through scouting education activities based at tertiary institutions. In higher education institutions have the highest level of scouting, namely pandega racana. Racana is a unit of movement for the pandega scouting group, and is led by the chairman of the pandega racana council with the assistance of the racana advisor. The combination of Satya and Dharma with the Tri Dharma of Higher Education brings added value in the practice of both lecture and scouting sciences which both provide positive benefits for people's lives.

Scouting education is one of the efforts of non-formal educational organizations for children and adolescents who help shape the character of young people to become better human beings in the future. In addition, this organization is also a place for everyone to channel their talents, create achievement, and achieve hope. We also have a documentation team that always dedicates itself to publicizing our activities through social media. We believe that by utilizing social media properly, it can help improve the image of scouting education

We also provide various insights to all students that the existence of Higher Education Scouts is expected to be able to answer the challenges of society in the midst of globalization, so that Scouts are not considered an outdated activity but become part of cool and developing activities. We would like to thank all those who have helped publicize various scouting activities whose purpose is also to improve the image of scouting education towards a better and developing direction.
