Az Game and Fish site crashes

Well today was application day for hunting, and it was another last minute thought by me and my hunting buddies. So when I logged on to get a license the site had crashed. Would let me get to the pay place and then say timed out. Well I thought there was always next year, then bam... I get a call from someone claiming to be Az game and fish. Right I said, it is 830 at night, and then I gave her the 5th degree and it actually ended up being them. But it was still a horse and pony show trying to get this thing figured out.
