Chemical Weapons
If you haven't heard by now, and you must have because the outrage is all over social media.
The week started off with news that the US boarder patrol used tear gas to discourage and disperse the illegal migrants who decided to rush the broader. Obliviously there was outrage across all mainstream media, what did you expect, no mater what Trump does, it's now consider just as bad or even worse than Hitler. This also only seems to be news now, because when Obama did it the exact same thing multiple times no one batted an eye. To make matter worse, the leading photo that was on every front page was of a lady with two kids running away from a smoking canister somewhere in the background. So you can only imagine the headlines, which ranged from things like Trump is gassing children to Trump is using chemical weapons on babies.

The thing is who is responsible for these kids being in this situation? There is a big boarder with armed men and people are camped out in Mexico because they are not allowed to enter, then they decide to ignore this and make a run for it, basically saying screw your rules we are coming and then bringing your kids with you? Who the hell would put their children in this kind of danger, obviously people who do very much care about the safety of those kids. The other part of the photo they use was that no one else seems to be running away from these dangerous tear gas canister, most of the people seem to be standing around not all too bothered with it, you can even see media crew standing around taking photos. The interesting news from on the ground reporters was that the vast majority of these folks were mostly young men, something like 90%, and the most were not asylum seekers, but just coming looking for work in the US. What are your thoughts on the situation.

WTF were they thinking? That it might somehow be a good idea to rush the border to force entry into the US? When there were troops THERE? Really? When I heard THAT I couldn't believe what I heard.
If they had breached the border I would expect invaders to be killed. Because at that point they are invaders. Tear gas prior to breaching the wall is a fairly modest result from incredibly bad decisions.
I heard an interview with a Honduran that said he was there and moved toward the border. His net reaction "I'm going home. To Honduras to wait on my asylum application." Good choice.
The Mexican government isn't doing anything because the government changes TOMORROW. I suppose it was just coincidence that this column arrived and advanced on the eve of a changing of the watch. Somebody planned that incredibly well.
So. Mexico is officially very unhappy. The US is officially very unhappy. The people that have been convinced that this is a good idea are way beyond unhappy (HINT: They are all staying in a minor league soccer stadium with limited sanitary and no food facilities). Who IS happy? That answer will give you the party to blame.
I couldn't agree more with you, at some point they become invaders, and what makes these folks so special to jump ahead of millions of other people who have gone the legal route and applied for for citizenship or refugee status from actual countries where there is war?
