Since I am ancient, I have familiarity with outcomes of decadal endeavors. Some things I have learned are that only the truth is censored, and only liars censor. Whatever government says it's doing is the opposite of what it's doing. If the rhetoric sounds good, the reality behind it is awful. Age and treachery will defeat youth and enthusiasm every time. Nothing is more important than personnel, because treachery defeats all your defenses by first gaining your trust and getting inside them.
