The Stone Age didn't end because we ran out of stones

in #future5 years ago

Look around. There is possibility everywhere. Everywhere there is a person there is possibility. Unfortunately we’ve often made possibility too hard to see. It’s buried under loads of misperception, misinterpretation, misaligned resources, fear, greed, and scape-goating. We have all the goods and skills to make the world magically, an amazing combination of nature and technology, a hybrid that the solar system, maybe even the galaxy, has never seen before. We have all this potential, power, glory, blessings, abundance,,, but we end up arguing about nations, taxes, weapons…. We get absorbed into the spiral.

The stone age didn’t end because people ran out of stones. It ended because people learned to do better things with their lives, to envision a future that made things better for their progeny. We face the same challenges. Stop casting your stones and put your hands to bettering the future.

peace ... i stole it from the article (-:

Hear, hear. Great post man.

Dictatorship's might not be a bad thing after all. What we have at the minute is time wasters that get nothing done. Being from the UK i can see what a mess the world has become when people cant even agree on a plan when they've already had 2 years to decide. Team A doesn't wonna play with Team B cause they disagree on a handful of things outs of thousands. Donkeys, the lot of them.

Get er done, move on, rinse and repeat
