I do not believe in the possibility of the existence of crypto-cities. It is difficult for me to imagine how to build a relationship between people in the format of complete anonymity. I think we are seeing the opposite trend now. This is the tendency to full disclosure of information.

I think that you are following a false premise that the format has to be anonymous. It CAN be anonymous, or it can also be fully transparent system where identities are very well known or even required.
Also thanks to crypto information can be fully disclosed, just without the possible connection to individual identity, but otherwise the metadata could be fully available. The fact though is that this is still "song of the future". The closest resembling project was initiated in one of the emirates (don’t remember which i would gladly provide a source where you could learn more about it) where they invested the money not to build skiing slopes on a desert (Dubai style), but they created a fully smart city (it basically only had smart devices, it even had smart ventilation…it was in desert after all) that had in aim to incorporate AI that would measure the ethical decisions of its individuals and based on that data, the smart devices in one’s possession would follow the ethics followed by their owner...It’s not crypto, but from my perspective its similar project, just using AI instead of the Blockchain. The project is slowly dying now…maybe if they waited a bit more with their finances and decided to use Blockchain instead of AI it would prosper? Whatever the future will look like, I also hope youre wrong:D :).
