He is supporting people programming and having fun on Steem. I've bought a few hundred dollars worth of Steem from cash or other cryptos to have fun gambling. Ultimately I powered it up and am around 15k sp.
@themarkymark added to the fun, I literally converted 0.85 eth to steem last night because it was fun hanging out with all of them.
