Game of Thrones - too sick?

Violent, Gory, Lots of Sex, parallels our world - old medieval worlds and tales!
Occult rituals, incest, rape, slavery, old and new gods nothing is spared to sicken the mind during this show!
Although it is hard to stop watching and very well written - not sure if I should stop watching as it is pretty disturbing at times.

Hollywood has done it again folks. How are they going to top this show? With more ultraviolence and sex?
