Fortnite creators are judging a well-known YouTube user because they sell quotes

Epic Games does not bother to sue people who offer odds for the popular Fortnite online game, but this time the studio has raised the sights high. Hitler creators have filed a lawsuit against famous YouTube user Brendan Lucas nicknamed Golden Modz and his honor partner Colton Center (Excentric) for using and selling game titles.
Lucas, who has more than 1.7 million followers on the video platform, is accused of violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. He will also be responsible for being involved in the unregulated activity and affecting the balance of the game. The reason for this is the fact that he publishes video clips showing how to crawl in Fortnite and sells a quoted program on his site. Center participates in some of the clips, which makes him the subject of the claim.

Epic has asked YouTube to download several of the videos. At the same time, Lucas pretends to be innocent, claiming he does not think his behavior is disturbing, and other YouTube video makers do the same.

If the studio prevails, it may cost Lucas and Center expensive. Epic's lawyers want their profits to be "canceled" in addition to the payment of damages and legal costs. The company obviously wants to send a message to other scammers, except to punish those - she wants quotes to be unprofitable for anyone who would dare to sell and advertise them. While the company knows that it needs to improve the code to combat the game's chickens, it relies on the fact that lawsuits such as this could deter fraud before they even start appearing.
