New Fallout?

Fallout 76? MMO, Single player, Co-op? I've seen videos and like little snips about what it's going to be, yet I have not watched any of the videos, nor do I think I will. I'd rather wait until E3 to see what it really is instead of what people think it's going to be. If anyone has any concrete proof of what it will actually be, please drop a link to it in the comments below. Please and Thanks you!
