Double XP weekend, POF Improvements, The Shadow Reef, Chef's Asisstant, and Quest Improvements

February is going to be a busy month with several QOL improvements, a new quest, and a whole new elite dungeon for all to enjoy!

If you have not started to prepare for the double experience weekend on Feb 22, 2019 - Feb 25, 2019 you better hurry! The usual skilling supplies have already started rising and the high level weapon and armor market has started to drop as everyone stocks up on the biggest semi-annual skilling event. Summoning, cooking, and prayer pets will be coming into the game at a record pace as portables become the new hotspots for this 72 hour event.

The player owned farms are getting a few QOL upgrades in the form of farmhands, status icons, and the ability to sell pets to a hungry baby troll if your preferred pet vendor is not available.

If farming isn't your cup-o-tea, or if you just can't pass up the chance at killing the newest boss, then keep you eyes peeled for the final boss of the final elite dungeon in the trilogy, the Ambassador! Coming out on February 25, 2019 the Shadow Reef will conclude the elite dungeon's story line and can be found just off the east coast of Daemonheim.

The Chef's Assistant will be a sequel quest to the first ever quest release in RuneScape, the Cook's Assistant, and will be released on Febarury 11, 2019. Head over to the cooking guild just south of the grand exchange in Varrock to get started!

Long awaited fixes are coming to the quest interface next week with the ability to sort quests by a variety of new options, chronology, story line, which age they take place in, optimal play through order, and several others! While not a flashy as some of the other February updates, this one will make the questing experience much more enjoyable and new player friendly.
