Tetris 99. Nintendo's response to the battle royale craze!

Today Nintendo released its online game that's free for subscribers of the Nintendo switch online service, called Tetris 99. Tetris 99 is a unique battle royale that pits 99 players against each other in a game of tetris. The traditional shaped block stacking game where you try to clear lines of blocks by making sure the shapes fit together with no spaces, is very easy to learn and extremely hard to master. tetris 99 features a targeting system where you can choose other players to target with extra incomplete lines added to their puzzle when you combo multiple line completions together. Though targeting one of 98 other players while playing tetris sounds like a daunting task, its actually quite easy. you can use your left analog stick to scroll among the small boxes showing off the other players screens to select one of you can use the right analog stick to set auto targeting commands where you will automatically target people that were targeting you, were credited with causing the most KOs, have the most score badges, or you can randomly target people which is likely to make you a highly targeted player. This game is very fun and I'm interested to see how they update and improve upon it in the future. I have done a 3 hour twitch stream of this game and would gladly play more. This is a brilliant response to the recent battle royale trend.
