DARK SOULS REMASTERED

in #gaming5 years ago

Dark Souls recently celebrated their 7th anniversary. During this time, we created the entire subgear that is trying to download its rules and apply it to other worlds. Like real-time strategy, FPS or cover-action, Souls Mania was hit by writers, and everyone wanted to have an ultra-hard game that would give players a hub and they would snap their teeth and be willing to go through the same enemies again and again. It is a genre that has more rules. Even Dark Dules has not only increased its stiffness but its success hides other attributes that can not be repeated. And let's be honest, demanding, both repetitions in 2014 and 2016 ...

So what's the point of capturing Dark Souls Remastered in your heart? What drives you and forces you to stay and die even 10-20 in the evening? The world. Extensive, fantastically prepared, full of colorful creatures, dark cellars, huge walls. Although the designers came with the classic floor plan of the medieval world, they brought legends about the time of fire, the dark times when evil fights against a dragon or a knight, and you find yourself a dozen heroes, which could be more than the shields of several bosses. The world is not only beautifully processed but has a great atmosphere. It's gloomy, often hopeless, and the first German asylum is not waiting for you. The more you want to avoid and enjoy it from the next - Firelink Shrine sounds better.

Well, then, the deadly sequences will come again and the depths or the notorious town of Blighttown will be added. Nothing ends when you encounter the so-called Great Hollow, Ash Lake (ash lake, it sounds morbid), strongholds, ruins, archives, catacombs and my personal favorite - Tomb of the Giants with one brutally demanding boss. Yes, the world is worth it to get rid of, brush up and give it a chance again. Though especially with Dark Souls and Bloodborne games, I'm staring at the heretical idea of whether and how the world would look like if it were not so demanding and the authors put on another gaming system. For example, tactical or action RPG ... Should it still be the same spell or turn into a fast mower, where you would not even be able to perceive the surroundings?

The game system is seven years old, but it is not. It is reliable, well prepared and connected to the world. There was a huge ball and a hole in the wall, we go and see what is there. A dying soldier who will give you (or you will prepare it) the key to the other bars and the way to the boss. Here with him. From the beginning you will learn all the necessary - movement, easier and more difficult attacks, blocks with a shield. It sounds easy, but it takes over in a quarter-hour. The weapon can be made in other ways and offers other options, more powerful punches. And you will certainly enjoy the opportunity to mount a much stronger attack from the air. Even the movement itself has many possibilities: jerks, jerks, and even with ordinary skeletons you can handle the basic palette, those bosses will already need everything. This is the testimony of the first meeting: first you do not have it either, because your first sword is weak. Later, you get a stronger sword, but that's not enough. But if you jump on an enemy from a high altitude and attack from the air you take almost half health, it looks promising. A bunch of good strong punches and maybe a good one. I intentionally write "maybe" because, even though I gave him mortal wounds 7 years ago, this time I was initially over my strength and I died a few times.

Strong variable features, objects, gradual upgrades, solid RPG elements - Dark Souls has everything. They teach you step by step to understand the gaming system, including the essential element - the enemies are falling down the souls you want to collect. It is obvious that you will die and when you fall, the souls are still waiting at the place of death. If you get them back, you have not come here. But at the next death they are lost for good, so do not forget to walk on the death pill and then move on.

So the game itself keeps good quality even after years. And what happened to the Switch version? First of all, see the size of the digital version (3.9 GB) that comes from the original PS3 / X360 version and not the new PS4 / Xbox One remasters. The fact that 4K has to be borne does not matter, in the docked version we also have 1080p and we also sacrifice the sharper textures. But maybe someone will be laughing a little over 60 fps - it's fuck and here it's only at 30 fps, so it renders the environment in time. It does not matter, the Power Switch version is waiting for the handheld mode though it has only 720p resolution (as the PS3 original), but it's fast, fresh and offers the top chances of taking a dying hero on long journeys. Have the ability to turn off the game at some point and bounce off is not at all vague. Although the so-called bonfires (places where the game is automatically set, resuming health, but also restoring a bunch of enemies around) are well-spaced, this extra option is always appreciated.

If I want to choose from Switch Mode, I also prefer handhelds for other features. It's probably the original version, but the Joy-Con drivers (especially the left) have a longer response than you would expect. First of all, there were some issues with the camera that solved the first update, but the real Joy-Con is already brisk, so in combat or rotating it will not let you stich - but your left sometimes skepne, which can be reflected in a rather late movement, jump or loss, which can result in unexpected wounds. It's getting used to it, it's possible to play it, but that's why the handheld form got it.

There are Joy-Cony Jokes Stunning, Reliable, and Grateful to You. The resolution suffices, the speed is good, the response also, and the chance to put down the Switch, to breathe and try again, is great. Dark Souls can be played anywhere in the world (such a dark hotel or airplane is not a mild destination, just not so much) and as a handheld title definitely has great potential. On the other hand, when I go to the online world, I prefer the docking station. The game is instantly connected online, looking for other players and overwhelming with them. Good help with another neborák will always happen, but after so many years, the rehearsal even more enjoyed in private and offline.

Dark Souls Remastered can bring the PS4 and Xbox One a great deal of resolution and speed, which will be good for memorials and puritans. The No Switch version is in a better compromise - leaving about the same quality and allowing to catch the dark souls on the go. If the game does not get you in seven years, you have a new chance. She did not turn up dramatically, jump on her and if you fall ten times, welcome to the club! We're getting new members, because a couple of old people have jumped for years because they do not want more than 500-600 to die in one game. I understand them, maybe I'll follow them once ...
