Sony Releases Game List for Playstation Classic
Metal Gear Solid and Grand Theft Auto will be included on the Playstation Classic
An update on the Playstation Classic brings good news for the nostalgic gamer today, as the full list of included games was released. Sony released a video to introduce all of the pre-loaded games that will be included on the console. Check out the range of games you can play on the Playstation Classic below.
The newly announced games include:
- Battle Arena Toshinden
- R4 Ridge Racer Type 4
- Mr Driller
- Metal Gear Solid
- Twisted Metal
- Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee
- Syphon Filter
- Rayman
- Tekken 3
- Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six
- Wild Arms
- Jumping Flash!
- Cool Boarders 2
- Grand Theft Auto
- Final Fantasy VII
- Destruction Derby
- Revelations: Persona
- Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo
- Intelligent Qube
- Resident Evil: Directors Cut
The package will also come with two controllers. Games on the Playstation Classic will be displayed in their original resolution - either 480p or 720p.

The Playstation Classic will cost $149.99 AUD and will be available as of December 3rd.
I was actually a bit underwhelmed with this one. FF VII is already widely available elsewhere, and while there are a few obvious classics, I just don't see much that would really pull me to grab this one. It really paled in comparison to the SNES Mini offering.
SNES Mini offering was indeed insane. They sold like hot cakes as well haha!
I will need to pick it up for FF VII alone

I see some nice classics in there. Some I smashed hours on so this should be a nice blast from the past!
