Why did no one build a tycoon game on steem?
Because no one build it before. It wouldn't be a bad idea tho. Someone should "copycat" popular games and put them on steem. Things like farmeville, tycoon real estate games, coin dozer, ... It would work out well, i'm pretty sure there is a market for that.
Steem is a very good blockchain to build games on because you have free and fast transaction costs.
I once played Etheremon, a pokemon clone on Ethereum and it was a nightmare. You had to pay a gas fee every time you did something in the game. Which makes the user experience very bad.
What we need are some good developers who are willing to take the risk and build games on this blockchain.
