Nerd Crossfit: Civ VI Style

My wife and I have discovered a fun way to get fit and game together. On occasion, we like to play hotseat games of the most recent Civilization game. I think we've been doing it since Civ IV. The first few turns go pretty fast so we usually just sit and chat while we play, but later on the turns start taking a long time so we have to find something to do. Sometimes we house clean ie pick up the clutter or empty the dishwasher until it is our turn.

Sometimes after a busy day of chores, we don't feel like doing more chores. So we've stumbled on another off turn activity, exercise! Now it's not exactly a high-intensity workout, but we try and do some pushups, situps, bodyweight squats, curls or many other options of exercises. While we are not exactly breaking a sweat, we are getting fit while still getting to game with each other. Now if we could just get the kids to get to sleep before 10pm...
