GOD OF WAR: TRAILER ANNOUNCES RELEASE DATE

Recently, the official release date of God of War has finally been revealed. There have been rumors and speculations in recent weeks, so that's finally over now, as Sony has made this supposed leaks now unceremoniously even the Gar. The release was announced by the developers with a new trailer along with new story and gameplay details. In addition to the release, there is also fresh video material to visit.

In the newest God of War offshoot, of course, you're back on the road as Kratos, and this time you'll be able to do tons of monsters again. But the next part of the series is not as usual of Greek mythology, but rather explore the depths of Norse mythology. An essential and completely new change is that you no longer go hunting alone, but will have another character with you, Kratos's son.

Apart from the new story details, apart from the Standard Edition, a strictly limited edition with a Steelbook, a Collector's Edition containing a statue and a fabric card as well as a digital edition with various in-game bonuses for the market were announced. Pre-orderers may, as in most cases, also look forward to bonus material. These include character boosts and three different legendary shield skills. God of War will be released on April 20, 2018 for PlayStation 4.
