It's been a thing as far back as they began the cross perfect servers. Consoles and particularly versatile can't stay aware of PC, so everything endures. Epic has been working quite difficult to determine this, however. They refreshed both PS4 and Xbox slack issues in the last fix, however regardless it isn't extraordinary. Additionally, the last fix broke more than it settled, so they'll need to manage that before proceeding on the kag issue. Main concern, we're all going to manage it for some time longer.
I think you are right, but always remember its the most complex game yet. All platforms connected is very very hard to balance so I am sure they will sort it out over time. They have a awesome dev team :)
