Improving my yard

in #gardening5 years ago

Hi all.

So as some of you may know, I moved into a rental income property I owned.

Well being a rental unit, the yard was just rock, because most renters won't do yard work. It was so lifeless and depressing, that I had to add colour and add a small garden.

Healthy vegetables.

I have a plan for that fence, it's all terrible, so I'll replace the back fence and make a privacy wall between the 2 yards.

My former neighbours came and helped me do the planting, and we planted the garden, then 2 cherry trees and 2 blueberry bushes.

And I put a hot pepper in this old watering can.

So that was a big day, so now it's time to find a patio, where a pretty young lady will serve me a frosty beer.

Nice work man! Who can blame you for wanting some green in that area?! Bring some life in there!

Thanks. Yeah, I have big ideas for the yard, but small cash right now. But I'll be posting as I get things done.

It’s a good start buddy 👍 and watching peppers growing out of a flower is strangely satisfying. Having a garden is a great thing.

It's a nice thing, to get to build another yard, and a sad thing, that I put so much into that other place, so much effort and money. All wasted. Well, it's in the past. And I'll rebuild in this old rental unit.
