This looks like something that definitely should be in my garden. My problem is I don't have a garden and am far too lazy to make one and then there is the maintenance issues like constant watering cause I live in a drought area. My garden is the grocery store and they even wash the dirt off too. I will look for sunchokes next time in my garden grocery store. Thank you!
