2 day Heat wave turns to cold wave

This morning we had a temperature of -1.6C the coldest it has been here since 1968. Glad everything is covered and the heat is on in the greenhouse or we would have lost everything. Actual ice on the car and in the watering pails. Man I miss global warming, those were some great summers.
Just last Thursday it was plus 30C, with the humidex it was 34C+ and then Friday was the same. The news calls it a "heat wave" I didn't know 2 days counts as a wave now. Oh its a heat wave, there we explained it for you, move along now nothing to see here.

Does that make a night of frost a Cold wave?
