We are grateful for the opportunity to share food here in the Garden of Eden!

Today, we want to share one of our favorite food formulas for an easy, delicious, nutritious, vegan RAW CREAMY CASHEW GARLIC CILANTRO DIP!

Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 0 minutes

Ingredients:
4 cups cashews that have been soaked 4-12 hours
8-10 medium peeled cloves of garlic
1 cup cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1-2 cups filtered water or nut milk

Method:

Combine all ingredients in the blender, starting with 1 cup water or nut milk.

Add more garlic if you want it zesty and spicy. Blend, and add more liquid as needed to your desired thickness.

Place in serving bowl and garnish with cilantro leaves. It can also be a nice touch to add a bit of olive oil or squeeze of lime to the top of the dip.

Serve with raw vegetables or crackers and enjoy!
