"Geoengineering may be used to combat global warming, experts say." MAY BE USED !!! Are you bloody kidding me?

I found an article from the Guardian in my RSS feed this morning that prompted a WTF moment.

Here are a couple of excerpts from the article followed by my comments

The world may increasingly look to geoengineering in the wake of the latest UN climate report, which says it could be adopted as a temporary “remedial measure” if the world heads towards dangerous levels of warming.

Have you looked up at the skies lately? Are the IPCC seriously trying to tell me that they are only considering Geoengineering?

The report notes that the injection of sulphur dioxide would change rainfall patterns and weather circulation as well as disrupting stratospheric chemistry and ice formation. It could also result in more ultraviolet light exposure, which would have a negative impact on human health.

Don't worry it's only sulphur dioxide and there definitely won't be any low work metals such as Aluminum in the mix that increase the ionisation levels in the D layer of the atmosphere to enable weather control using ionospheric heaters (see this video for details). More ultraviolet light exposure you say. Might that be because whatever you spray up there will destroy the ozone layer. Wait a minute, aren't we seeing a rise in cases of skin cancer?

There are doubts also over effectiveness. While the aerosols might constrain temperature rises, they would not stop the accumulation of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and the acidification of the oceans. What happens when this “temporary measure” is halted is also an area of concern, as the planetary system might suddenly be hit by a surge in temperature.

The aerosols wouldn't stop the accumulation of CO2 in the atmosphere you say !!! Oh my god. Whatever shall we do? I stopped adding CO2 to my grow room when I read the first IPPC report telling me how terrible CO2 was for the planet but imagine my surprise when I found that growth slowed down and crop yields were lower as a result !! Let's concentrate on CO2 which has a positive effect on plant life/greening and ignore the huge amount of water vapour that is being released into the atmosphere by planes and industry although it is known that water vapour is a far more potent greenhouse gas than CO2.

“I think this will raise solar radiation management to the highest political level. We currently have no framework for this,” he said. “I’m very scared of this technology but we need to turn every stone now.”

Stand by for the announcement that a global geoengineering programme has been started to cover up the fact that it was actually started about 20 years ago. Luckily most of the public is so gullible and have become so used to white skies full of trails and blocked sun they won't think anything of it. The 'scientists' say it is necessary and who are we to question their wisdom. 95% of them agree after all! (not true in case you missed the sarcastic tone running through this post).

“2C would force geoengineering on today’s young people. Geoengineering, if global temperature passes 2C, would start, at the latest, once ice sheet collapse begins,” he told the Guardian. “Unfortunately, because of the inertia of the system, geoengineering then would probably be too late to prevent locking in the eventual loss of coastal cities.”

Listen to the IPCC gods. We must start the global geoengineering program now otherwise we are all doomed. It definitely isn't happening already, honest. Keep watching TV and reading the news. You can trust us, we're scientists !!!

This isn't the first article I've read like this and it probably won't be the last. As far as I am concerned, as I've made clear in many posts in the past, Geoengineering has been happening on a global scale for the past 20 years at least and many of the problems we face on earth can be attributed to it, at least in part. This includes increased cancers, brain degenerative diseases, lowered crop yields, birds and insect populations plummeting to name but a few.

If they manage to convince the public to accept Geoengineering I think it will be game over for planet earth. The only chance we have is to expose that it is happening before it is officially admitted to be happening (if you know what I mean). The race is on.
