Hello @mountainwashere, a very interesting read.
The old saying "History is written by the victors" is, to a great extent, wrong. History is written by the literate.
I agree, however ir is unfortunate that what is written by the literate needs permission from the authorities in order to be publicly announced. I mean kings and emperors always wanted their people to know their prefered version of history.
That was thought provoking.
