Width= B
Perimeter= 2(L +B)
60= 2(5B +B)
60=12B
B= 5m
L= 5B= 5 *5 =25m
Area= L *B
But we are to determine area of the half of the lawn
Then Area of half of the lawn= 1/ 2 {L *B}
= 1/2 {25 * 5}
=1/2 *125 == 62.5m^2
