I think you and I are very similar @anouk.nox. Things like this never actually leave my mind; in fact, "your" homeless woman will be in my head now too. There are many who are simply not empathetic, they cannot or choose not to stand in someone else's shoes and imagine what their life must be like. I hope your program grows into something big. It's a terrible feeling when you feel just so helpless isn't it?!
