Global REIT: The Blockchain Version of REITs

Real Estate Investment Trust, also known as REIT is formed when a trust or association uses the money from investors to buy and operate income properties. The REITs are purchased and sold on popular exchanges, similar to any kind of stock. This trust then pays out 90 percent of its profits that can be taxed in the form of dividends. This form of investment is very common among stock investors that like a regular and steady income. REITs also allows the investment into non residential investments such as offices and are very liquid, so as such they don't need a realtor to help cash out their investments.

What is Global REIT?

The most common trend this days is the blockchain technology and how it integrates and applies to our daily life. Its integration made transactions cheaper, faster and more reliable. So this was where Global REIT was born.
Global REIT was formed from the integration of blockchain services into the mechanism of the normal REIT and this integration yielded additional benefits that included

ICO Details

This ICO offers investors with a duality token which are

1. Global REIT Fund Manager Token (GREM) - This is the Fund Managemt Company returns. The total no of this tokens are 200,000,000 and about 79,285,714 is to be issued out to investors.
2. Global REIT Asset Token (GRET) - This is the Asset Owning Company returns. The total no of this tokens are 75,000,000 and about 16,650,000 is to be issued out to investors.

The accepted form of payment is in the form of ethereum and Bitcoins and the investor gets in return his dividend in the form of US DOLLARS (USD) or US Dollar Tether (USDT) . The schedule and pricing of the ico are shown in the picture below.

2. Tokens retained by the Fund Manager will be used for the acquisition of assets in future
3. The remained tokens that was reserved for advisors will be used as a compensation for their services.

GRET tokens

1. Fund from the sale of the GRET token in high ICO and Pre-ICO will be used to fund 22% of total acquisition price of its first Asset Under Management
2. The remainder balance will be used for settlement of the 1st Asset acquired by the Golbal REIT.
