I’m eddy V , a sports and cultural informational writer. I have something important to say to the youth and more in the world.

Who said your goals couldn’t be as ambitious as possible? Why would you ever stop striving ? Written goals are an easy way for you and your sub-conscious brain to remember the goal and tasks-related. Mistaking writing for a waste of time will kill your gains in the real ,legal practices of society.

A BRAIN EXERCISE SKIP FOR EXPLANATION:(Read directions [full paragraph]and 2 full breaths should last 20 seconds give it take)
focus Inward towards your breath. Breathing in ........ breathing out. Use your mouth to fill up your stomach then your nose to fill your chest.

How to Increase your focus ?
This is a powerful brain exercise used to increase your ability to focus in on a task @ any given moment. I NEED YOUR ATTENTION FOR THIS- treat it just like a muscle workout[a day or a week won’t see much improvement but a month or 2 will make you feel like your gaining a new sense , give it 6-12 months you should notice atleast 100% better control over your focus. This includes being able to write more and create your own brand.
