THE CONTRADICTION

The life-style of the kingdom citizen is absolute obedient. There is no shortcut into God' kingdom. When God speak once to you, do not expect that he will continue to repeat same to you as fathers do to their toddlers. Psalm 62:11 says " God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God". KJV.

God had told Adam "You may eat all the fruit of the tree in this garden except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, if you eat its fruit you will surely die" -Gen. 2:16-17. .

BUT THE SERPENT

“You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” Gen. 3:4,5 NIV.
Do not try to play smart game with God, God knows everything and you know nothing. When God instructed Adam, He God knows that the tempter will come. The Devil never spare anyone that derailed from God standard. The never cannot harm you because you are God, he cannot penetrate you because God shield his own. The only way the devil can have a legal ground to hurt you is to make you sin.
God told Adam if you ........... you will die while the devil says if you do ............. you shall not surely die.
Hold fast to the truth about God which you know because the devil move about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.
Most times men tend to quote certain scripture to to cover up or protect their sinful path. For instance men who indulge in extra marital affairs will want to defend their selves. saying after all Solomon 300 800 wives, Those addicted to drinking will say, it is for stomach sake.
The devil knows the truth and play on it children of God who know the truth should not play with it. God will not spare you if you allow the devil to deceived you. When men walk out from God, God remain where He is, and when men realize their fault and return to God, God embrace men again. If you are far from Jehovah please come back to him,. Adam and Eve never told God sorry for their sin. Learn to accept your fault and ask for pardon
