Emotional and behavioral psychic processes: emotions and feelings, instincts, arbitrary movements and will. The problem of freedom of will and personality.

The person experiences what is happening to her and is being done by her. The experience of this relationship of the personality with the surrounding world, towards herself, represents the sphere of her emotions and feelings. Emotional experiences can occur in the form of affects, emotions, feelings, passions, moods, stress. Affects are short-lived and violent outbursts that conquer man entirely. In this state, man loses control of himself. The effects are related to sudden changes in significant situations. Affects affect the ability of consciousness to master the actions. Very often, in a state of affection, consciousness becomes non-reflexive - consciousness is absorbed by the affect and the situation that gave birth to the affection.

Emotions and feelings - this is a representation in the human brain in its real relationship to the world, to what he feels and makes, the relations of the subject of the needs with the significant objects for it and are expressed in the form of certain experiences. Emotions and feelings as experiences are very closely interrelated, they form a generalized emotional sphere of man, but they differ substantially from one another. Experiences that arise from satisfying or failing to meet the needs of man as an organism relate to emotions. Emotions are significantly longer and can be related to both real and imagined situations and events. Unlike the effect that occurs after the occurrence of an event, emotion may precede it. Emotion can reveal to the conscious the importance of the situation as meaning - for me, as well as to anticipate the occurrence of situational order and events. Emotion can act as an instigator of an action, or can only be experienced.

Feelings are specific human experiences that arise on the basis of satisfying or unsatisfying the needs of man as a person. Feelings are even more persistent experiences with a pronounced focus. They are specific and reveal the person with his biases, positions, desires. Feelings reflect the direction of man, his life perspectives, and are a form of expression of his needs. Feelings can be different - feeling good, beautiful, true. A source of emotions and feelings is mainly the cognitive activity of man. They usually emerge in his mind in relation to some images that, as if saturated with them, appear in the quality of their bearers. Emotional processes have a positive or a negative character depending on whether the action that one performs or the impact on which he is subjected in the positive or negative attitude to his needs, interests, purposes, beliefs, attitudes.

Passions are even more resilient forms of experience and encompass a whole person. Passions discover the involvement in different activities. They reveal the meaningful meaning of the activities of consciousness. Passions are overwhelming and pushing man toward the pursuit of his goals. Passion can lead to suffering because the experiencing passion becomes its captive. Passion can be destructive or creative, destroying man or elevating it to grandeur and heroism. Great things are matched with great passions. Mood is the longest experience that reveals man's attitude to situations and events.
