The practical realization of the ideological impact on the individual's consciousness can most effectively be achieved through the use of propaganda mechanisms. There are three kinds of propaganda in the theory: scientific, mass and practical. If we draw a summary of what understanding of power is divided into three aspects of the interpretation of power: - a direct aspect - power is seen as dominance, which ensures the execution of orders. This aspect is characteristic of certain institutions - parliament, ministries, mayoralties, regional administrations. The application of power is guaranteed by the sanctions that may be imposed; - functional aspect - power is the ability and the ability to perform the function of "social governance".
These aspects view power as the formation of certain relationships between some or other subjects in society. This aspect of political power is built on the attitude of "political actors" - these are citizens, the state; - a communicative aspect - that is, the emphasis is on the ability to communicate through the communication itself. The first aspect is the most important, it reveals the essence of power as a mechanism, a means of imposing despite the disagreement of the subordinates.
