Yah. When things are going rough, you know something good will break soon. When things are going well, just be extra careful because the inverse will happen.

either way, when you cruise along celebrating the challenges and your ability to deal with them, the rough patches don't seem so rough. But the good times, no matter ho little, should be celebrated. That's how happiness is made.
