Musings and Reveries #1: Pause Button
Too often than not, I find myself trying to catch up with life itself. I can get so tangled up with work and my daily routine that I sometimes forget to just stop, take a step back, and BREATH.
I feel that everything is happening too fast. It feels like one second it's Monday, then the next second it's already Friday. January felt like a blur and I was moving on a constant fast-forward pace.
I believe it's about time that someone invents a Pause Button. I need that in my life. While waiting for that invention, I have to try my best to get a grip of life!
Note to self: Stop and breath. Immerse and experience.
