COMPASSIONATE JESUS : (JESUS AT THE CITY OF THE GERASENES)

’’They came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gerasenes. And when Jesus had stepped out of the boat, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit. He lived among the tombs. And no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain. For he had been bound with shackles and chains, but he wrenched the chains apart, and he broke the shackles in pieces. No one had the strength to subdue him.” Mark 5: 1-3.

Some many times, unknown to many congregants, Jesus had already stepped in, to ensure they are discharged and acquitted from every form of accusations and bondages. But many are too blind to see or acknowledge the presence of Jesus. We may need to be informed that the best time God would visit his children is actually when things are not rosy. In fact, each time a man is trouble in his heart is the right time to begin to see Jesus very close to help him out of whatever trouble he is confronted with.

The quote above refers. After Jesus had fed the multitude, he crossed over to the city of the Gerasenes. As soon as he steeped his feet at the city, he was noticed. Permit me to say here. When a righteous man enters an unholy place, he is immediately notice. A child of God can be noticed when he visit a place is evil is predominant. Just like when light enter in to darkness, its effects must be felt. The enemy of man does not have in his plan anything like peace, good health, prosperity, sanity and so on. Here, I shall take you through the spiritual interpretation of the Bible reference above.
TOMB: The tomb where the dead are laid to rest became the residence of this man. This act is very abnormal. The enemy of a man does not want man to enjoy a conducive living condition. Man humans have become empty, robbed o their God given virtues. This man was not made for the tombs, but that was where is spent his youthful days. The tomb is a place of waste as there is no usefulness of the tomb. The silence of the tomb could be compared to lifelessness. Many destinies have been rendered lifeless; many other are already dead but walking.

NAKED & CLOTHLESS: Brethren, many are the afflictions of the righteous. Have you heard or seen the level of drug abuse going on around you? That’s the handiwork of the enemy. Many young and promising lives are being destroyed daily as a result of this menace. There is certainty that in the midst of every 100 young adults who taken #Mirinda, 70 of them are on codeine, tramador or such illicit drugs. Little wonder there are so many cases of mental illness around these days.
I would love to categorically state that no life has a vacuum. It is either you are in Christ or the devil resides in you.

Thus, I present to you the master of the universe. The one who is able to do all things. The most compassionate, the healer, provider, deliverer, the man of war, the savior of the world. Beloved, its high time we all clinch to the old rugged cross as the countdown to the end of age has begun.
