Haha you always lived in NWT? It's a rare province... Or territory to live in
I spent my first years in Onterrible, then back to Nova Scotia for a brief bit of my teens. Later, I got sensible and headed west. Alberta and NWT have been WAY better to me than anything out east. For example, I bet you would earn WAY more here than in PQ, plus you would catch bigger fish.
Check the GNWT job postings if you don't believe me. There are incentives to lure young people :)
