1. Open Google Photos.
2. Find the video which you want to stabilise.( Try to Sync if your video is not available in Google photos)
3. Open the video.
4. Click on that setting look a like symbol.
5. Click on Stabilise.
   
6. Stabilise the footage and Save after Processing.
