Wow, that is crazy. I can't imagine having to deal with that kind of thing. It is amazing the things that we take for granted when we have services like that all the time. Maybe you need to save up some STEEM and buy a generator!
Never was a huge issue before just the odd day here and there. Will see how bad this time is going to be. Havent heard all the facts yet and read the fine print. Nothing is ever what it seems here.
