Veterans Affairs Conducts Tests On Dogs?
Today while getting my daily dose of dog news I stumbled across a story about Veterans Affairs conducting experiments on dogs. The agency conducts experimental surgeries on dogs' hearts and spines with the intent of learning new discoveries for better procedures on Veterans.
The issue is that last year a law was passed that banned these types of experiments. Will anything be done or will it all be swept under the rug?
