Judged for All

I came to an understanding through the eyes of grace, that people who still practice the law and leave under it are hurting themselves. There is no judgment in Grace because the Lord Jesus has been judged on our behalf.

Salvation which we can describe as redemption or deliverance from sin and its consequences has no room for judgment. If salvation still recognizes sin, then we can be certain of judgment; but since it does not, there is no judgment for anyone who is in grace.

Do not take my word for it; take the WORD of God for it.

Let me show you from the Bible; the same scripture you will quote to argue. Hebrews 9:27 (KJV) And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: I concur that man’s life and works on earth ends when he dies and afterwards the result of his life and works, is determined by God’s “judgment.” I concur, and I am sure you do too that man cannot return to die a second time as the emphatic word “once” connotes. Before we proceed with this discussion, read the following passage, paying attention. Hebrews 9:26-28 (KJV) 26For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. 27And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

What truth have you got from this? Let me ask this question. Jesus died as a man of sin and was judged for it; what judgment will I face if I have no sin in me because Christ has paid them in full? Selah!

Before you answer, let me ask you a few more questions. Do you believe in Jesus? Do you believe in salvation? Do you believe Jesus died for you and ‘took away’ your sins? Have you accepted the offer of Grace? Do you believe you are under grace and are confident of that? If your answer to the questions are ‘YES’ then there is no sin in you, and no judgment awaits you. Jesus was judged for all our sins.
